The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible to TMPS and the facility to which they are assigned, and is to be clinically competent; deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patient, patient families, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
